Application

Used for metal pretreatment. Prevent rust in the short term or medium term. They can completely replace the metal phosphate coating product which seriously pollutes the water and soil environment, and overcome the shortcoming that rust easily from silane and zirconium membrane.

Principle of film forming

Alkyl phosphoric acid ester film-forming substances are easily adsorbed on the moderately passivated metal surface to form an amorphous structure conversion film, and the conversion film has excellent metal surface passivation and chemical bonding strength with the overcoat layer. The modified graphene further enhance the adsorption with the outer coating.
